Jenny Luong is a finance broker who recently joined You First Finance in Melbourne. With over a year of experience in finance and more than five years in accounting services, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations.

Jenny is committed to supporting her clients throughout their property journey, whether they are purchasing their first home or moving on to their next property. Her goal is to provide guidance and assistance every step of the way.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog, Kevin, especially on camping trips. She also has a passion for travelling and exploring different cultures.

Jenny’s practical approach and dedication make her a valuable member of You First Finance, where she helps individuals and families make informed financial decisions.

Thai La, the second youngest of ten children, learned the importance of independence, pride, and having a roof over one’s head from her parents. These values—education, hard work, home ownership, and investment—shaped her life. Formerly an ANZ branch lender, she became a broker to escape restrictive policies.

Investing is Thai’s passion, and she believes owning a home is the best investment—easy, low-risk, and a way to turn hard-earned money into growing assets. She is dedicated to helping others take that first step towards home ownership, offering support and guidance along the way. To her, a home is more than just shelter; it’s where roots are planted and nest eggs are built.

Thai compares investing to buying a golden goose that, with time and care, grows and multiplies, providing lasting value. She is here to assist, support, and educate, ensuring clients have financial solutions that meet their evolving needs and objectives.

Outside of investing, Thai enjoys reading, especially books by Michael Connelly, solving puzzles, and growing flowers during warm weather.

Romelyn Jarra recently joined You First Finance as a Para Broker. With over nine years in the Australian brokering industry and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, she specializes in supporting Mortgage Brokers with all aspects of loan processing. Her role allows brokers to concentrate on building client relationships, helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial goals.

Before entering the Australian broking industry, Romelyn gained valuable experience in American mortgage loan processing, which provided her with a strong foundation in mortgage processes and regulations.

Outside of work, Romelyn enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching movies, and indulging her love for nature.
